Express Professional Staffing provides Management Search and Recruitment services for a select group of companies in two key areas:

Our narrow “industry specific” focus enables Express Professional Staffing to concentrate on finding the best candidates for each client’s needs in the “hidden” pool of people already working, who may not be reviewing the many employment web sites or reading help wanted ads.  We only accept search assignments where we are confident we will be successful in presenting our client companies with top quality candidates with industry experience.  We then provide assistance in the total hiring process: interviewing, reference and background checking, job offer, salary negotiation, acceptance, relocation, and the many other practical and emotional issues for client companies and candidates.

Express Professional Staffing has been locally owned by Mike Stipe for over 20 years as a franchisee of  Express Personnel Services, the world’s largest franchised staffing company with over 500 offices in several countries.
