We only accept search assignments where we are confident we will be successful. Our contingency search assignment agreement, when signed by you, starts our search process. Your company’s fee for our service, is 25% of our placed candidate’s estimated annual compensation, due to Express Professional Staffing on our candidate’s first day of employment.
