The following confirms our discussion with client company and sets forth the terms of our agreement.
BILLING: Invoice will be presented upon client’s hiring decision. Invoices are due on the Express Professional Staffing candidate’s start date.
FEE:. The Express Professional Staffing fee is 25% of our placed candidate’s estimated annual compensation. For example, if the estimated annual compensation is $60,000, our fee is $15,000.
POLICIES: Client company agrees to keep all information concerning candidates referred by Express Professional Staffing confidential. Because Express Professional Staffing has a substantial investment in its business, employees and candidate base, and in consideration of the services Express Professional Staffing renders, it is agreed that for a period of one year from the date of introduction of the candidate, the client company, including its affiliates and subsidiaries, will not utilize or hire directly, utilize or hire through another staffing firm, or refer to any other companies or contacts any Express Professional Staffing candidates. Should the client company, including its affiliates and subsidiaries, hire, utilize, or refer any Express Professional Staffing candidates as stated above, within one year from the date of introduction, then the client company agrees to pay the full fee as outlined above.
The client company agrees that prior knowledge of the referred candidate, including having the candidate’s resume or application in the client company’s data base, in no way negates the fee due to Express Professional Staffing for its services if that candidate is selected for hire by the client company.
Mutual understanding is the key for long term business relationships; therefore, we provide this written confirmation of our terms. In order to begin the search and recruiting process, we request a signature by a representative of the client company authorized to agree to our terms and make payment of our fee upon placement of any candidates referred by Express Professional Staffing.
